The L.P.A. Group pays particular attention to fulfilling the criteria of food safety and hygiene of the process required by current legislation. Food Security is therefore the LPA Group prerequisite for the marketing of fish products. To be able to offer such guarantees, the company implements a constant monitoring of its process and uses the expertise of both veterinary hygienists and food technologists external human resources internal to the organization for which he has implemented special training programs.
The operational tools for process control, in order to safeguard the Food Security, of course, provide a weekly sampling for assessment of microbiological parameters identified by the EC Regulation 2073/2005 and 1441/07 and the chemical parameters identified by EC 1881/06. Such sampling and enforcement of the laboratory tests are outsourced to external laboratories operating in compliance with the ISO17025 standard: 05 and are therefore accredited Ente Accredia and entered into the List of Official Laboratories authorized to perform activities of self-control in the Region Campania.
The L.P.A. Group also pays particular attention to meeting the requirements of EC Regulation 178/02 on food traceability purpose and has implemented effective tools for managing internal and external production lots. These systems have also been fully validated during simulations of alert by the withdrawal and recall of fish products marketed.

The L.P.A. Group has placed at the hub of your customer satisfaction, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of the processes in place (sale of fish and water treatment / shipping shellfish).
